Terms and Conditions

Please read all of what is below before using any of my work. If you do not want to read the detailed paragraphs, you can merely scroll down to the bulleted summaries. I've tried to keep this simple and to the point; although there is a lot of important information here.

Chatting and Commenting

There are various areas of the site where you can communicate with others. Because Clompish is all age friendly, I ask that you keep what you say appropriate.

You are allowed to voice your opinions, so long as you do so respectfully. Hate mail or messages will be ignored and deleted, and so will all posts that are considered to be flaming. Spamming is an automatic ban on the c-box and commenting areas of my blog, and I can block or ban IP addresses if needed.

Do not fight with other visitors on public areas of the site. If you need to deal with something with someone else, please do so privately, through email or your own website.

All rude, offensive, racist, swearing, or otherwise above PG-13 behavior will not be tolerated. Keeping the chat areas clean will allow them to remain up and usable.

• Spamming is an automatic ban. Your posts will be deleted and your IP address blocked if required.
• Do not flame, or send hate messages. I'm sure that not everyone likes my graphics, but hate mail will simply be ignored.

Disclaimer and Crediting (Using Graphics)

I do not ask for money, or any type of payment for you to use my work and things displayed on this website. If someone contacts you requiring payment, it is not me, and I encourage you to please ignore them.

I do ask for credit, however - in the form of a link that leads back to http://www.clompish.com, or credit to my individual name.

I also do not allow for my work to be redistributed; regardless of whether or not it was modified by you. Credit must remain on.

Because I ask for credit, it is also only fair that I give credit, and I do. In an effort to avoid breaking copyright law, and also in an effort to simply not be rude or inconsiderate, I have made a credits page. Every website that I have used anything from - brushes, textures, stock images, ideas, or anything else - has been linked on there. Any source that is not electronic has been credited there as well: magazines, books, etc.

I occasionally do use search engines, such as the ever popular Google, or growing Bing. I try to credit all of the items I find from those searches, to the best of my ability. If there is a chance that I used something of yours and you cannot find credit, please contact me. If it is true that the item is yours, I will either add your credit immediately, or, if you wish, remove all pieces of content that use your work.

Because I am willing to give credit where credit is due, and be flexible and such, I ask that you do the same. If you are to use work of mine, please put a link to http://www.clompish.com somewhere on your website, in a visible place. If you use my work in some form other than a website, please still have the URL displayed. Also, I do not allow you to use any of my portfolio writings, with or without credit.

• Do not, under any circumstances, use my work without credit.
• Do not use any of my writings in the portfolio section - even if you do credit. They may be referenced in your own work, but you must link to them and cannot actually display any parts of them.
• If I used something of yours and you cannot find credit, please contact me right away. You will be credited, or all content that uses your work removed.
• Thouroughly check the credits page before contacting me, however. I work very hard to give credit, and there is a chance that you merely missed it.
• You may edit or modify work on Clompish, but the credit must still remain, no matter how much you have changed it.
• Do not redistribute any of my work, even if you say it is from Clompish.

Reporting Behavior

If you need to report someone stealing or not crediting me, or an innappropriate message, please do so by using this contact form. Do not lie or abuse the form - it's a waste of time and effort.
